We started working with Acelerar this year and the business relationship has resulted in adding great value to our organization. Thought it took some training, coaching, and direction to get Shiva to engage, it resulted in added value to our organization and growth for Shiva. He’s eager to learn and goes out of his way to ensure expectations are met. Communication efficiency is increasing with planning of phone and computer system before each training meeting. Overall the experience is very positive and we are moving into shifting more work to Shiva in the near future due to his reliability and efficiency.
