Q1. What can a Virtual Assistant do for me?

Your Virtual Assistant can help you with admin & organizing, email & chat support, travel/airline & hotel reservations, social media support, internet research, data processing, list building, online data entry, and MS office tasks.


Q2. Will I have to have someone full time or part time?

It totally depends on your specific needs. We have specially designed customized packages in terms of the number of hours you would like to engage your VA, which should basically cover your requirements. The packages start from as little as 20 hrs and go up to 160 hrs which is just working full-time.


Q3. What are the working hours?

Your VA will be working from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Although you can e-mail your queries and tasks round the clock and your VA would do the best to accommodate to your request at any given point of time of the day.


Q4. How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

You can communicate with your Virtual Assistant through multiple means. Your VA will be present on any IM service you are comfortable with (Skype, Gtalk, GoToMeeting to name a few). You can communicate through mail at any time or simply pick up the phone and dial your VA’s number.


Q5. Will I have to sign a contract?

We would not force you to. However to make you sure about the data security, we will ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement. It is completely your choice.

Q6. How do I make payments?

You can make payments through PayPal. When we raise an invoice to you, we will be providing you with a link through which you can easily process the payment.
