About this role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate or Sr. Associate to help Acelerar grow its client base across the US market. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal delivery, working closely with our leadership team to convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a company that's scaling rapidly. You'll gain direct exposure to international business and play a key role in shaping Acelerar's growth story.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
- Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across the US market
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and present Acelerar’s solutions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop proposals, pricing, and SOWs for prospective clients
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates using CRM tools
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform business strategy
- Nurture existing client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing/BPO industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work US timezone hours (partial or full overlap)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
