Can you upload products from a CSV file?
Yes. Send a sample CSV or spreadsheet with the product images or image links. We check field mapping, variants and existing product identifiers before agreeing the import. If your files need cleanup or are missing information, we explain that before the main upload.
Do you charge per product or per hour?
We quote the work after reviewing SKU count, variants, source quality, images and any description-writing requirements. The quote identifies the billing basis, included work and delivery schedule, so you can compare the cost of completing your catalog rather than a headline rate alone.
How accurate is the upload at high volume?
Acelerar offers a 99.5% accuracy SLA. We check the uploaded records against the agreed source and correct entry errors within the original scope. Missing supplier details or changes to product facts are returned to your team for a decision.
Can you import products from Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress?
We can prepare product records from exports or supplier information you are authorized to use. We check which fields and images are available, map them to Shopify and flag missing details. A full store migration, integrations or theme work is scoped separately.
How is my product and supplier data kept secure?

Will you publish products or leave them as drafts?
