About this role
We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist or Assistant Manager to join our growing operations team. You'll manage product catalogs, optimize marketplace listings, and drive sales performance for our US-based e-commerce clients.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Amazon or Shopify experience who wants to work with international brands, manage multiple accounts, and grow into a leadership position. You'll be part of a dedicated team that delivers measurable results for clients across diverse product categories.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content optimization across Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other e-commerce platforms
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms to improve organic rankings
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate product launches including listing creation, A+ content, image uploads, and pricing strategy
- Handle inventory management, stock reconciliation, and FBA shipment coordination
- Process and resolve cases related to listing suppression, policy violations, and account health issues
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients
- Train and mentor junior team members on platform best practices and client workflows
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, and marketplace advertising
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar e-commerce analytics platforms
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with product data management, PIM systems, or catalog tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
