We are actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in an entry-to-mid-level Business Development role. This position will involve the critical task of identifying leads through diverse channels including outreach via cold calls and emails, followed by engagement with key decision-makers. The goal is to thoroughly understand their unique business needs and effectively demonstrate how our services can meet their requirements. Ultimately converting leads into signups.

- Lead Generation: Employ a variety of lead generation techniques across multiple channels to identify and cultivate potential leads.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their specific needs and pain points.
- Solution Tailoring: Customize service offerings to effectively address each client’s unique requirements and challenges, showcasing the value our services bring.
- Business Development: Play an integral role in expanding and growing our business development efforts, contributing to a thriving sales pipeline.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working in tandem to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions, ensuring data integrity.
- Market Insight: Stay well-informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to reform sales strategies effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners, fostering trust and loyalty.
Essential Competencies and Experience:
- Experience selling virtual assistant and back office services
- International cold-calling experience with a strong sense of follow-up and lead closure
- Should possess excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience in sales outreach through website queries, email, and cold calling
- Proven track record of international lead conversion and sales target achievement
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent online research skills and experience with CRM systems
- Be comfortable and adaptable to an ever-changing, fast-paced, hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
